Welcome to the official Refund & Cancellation Policy of MADRIDPROMOTER.

My goal is to make your nightlife experience smooth, safe, and unforgettable. Before booking a VIP table, buying a ticket, or joining a guest list, please read this policy carefully so you know exactly how refunds and cancellations work.

By booking through me, you accept these terms.

1. General Policy

As an independent nightlife promoter, I work with multiple clubs and event organizers across Madrid.

While I always aim to provide a flawless experience, unexpected changes can happen.

This policy explains when refunds are available and how cancellations are handled, in line with Spanish and EU consumer laws.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only in the following situations:

  • The event is officially cancelled by the organizer or the venue
  • The event is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date
  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake (must include proof)

In all other cases, refunds are not available.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds or exchanges will be issued if:

  • You did not attend the event (no-show)
  • You arrived too late or after door closure
  • You were denied entry for not meeting age (18+) or dress code requirements
  • You were removed from the venue due to misconduct, intoxication, or unsafe behavior
  • The guest list entry was free, promotional, or discounted
  • You changed your mind or your plans last minute


These rules are standard across all Madrid nightlife venues.

4. Event Cancellations or Changes

If an event is cancelled or significantly modified, I will notify you through:

  • Email (to the address used during booking)
  • Website updates
  • Social media posts or WhatsApp broadcast

You will have the choice between:

  • A full refund, or
  • Using your ticket for the rescheduled event

Refund requests for cancelled events must be submitted within 14 days of the announcement.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the refund conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Email me at info@madridpromoter.com
  2. Include:

    Your full name

    Order ID / booking confirmation

    Payment proof

  3. I will review your request within 24–48 business hours
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the same payment method you used originally

6. Tickets Purchased Through Partners

If you purchased your ticket through a third-party platform (e.g., Covermanager or an event partner):

  • Their refund and cancellation terms apply
  • You must contact their customer service directly
  • I cannot modify or override third-party refund policies

However, I will help guide you if you need assistance.

7. VIP Table Reservations

VIP table deposits (for example, €100 for 6 people) are:

  • Non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled
  • Transferable to another date, subject to availability
  • Changeable only if you contact me at least 48 hours in advance

VIP tables are confirmed only after deposit is received.

8. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

I am not responsible for cancellation or disruption caused by events beyond my control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Health or safety emergencies
  • Venue issues or unexpected closures
  • Technical failures

If this occurs, I will do my best to arrange:

  • A rescheduled date, or
  • Credit for a future booking
