• VIP table and bottle service bookings
  
• Ticket purchases for events I promote or collaborate with
  
• Any promotional campaigns, giveaways, or online activities I run
  
• Communication through WhatsApp, email, Instagram, or other platforms
  

Gammi – MADRIDPROMOTER does not own or operate any nightclub. I act as a promoter/intermediary facilitating entry and bookings.

Age Requirements

• All events are strictly 18+
  
• A valid official ID (DNI, NIE, passport) is required
  

Clubs reserve the right to deny entry if a guest appears underage or presents invalid documentation.

Entry Conditions

The final decision always belongs to the venue.

Entry may be denied for:

• Intoxication
  
• Violating dress code
  
• Inappropriate behavior
  
• Safety or security concerns

Dress Code

General dress code: Smart casual / club-appropriate

(No sportswear, flip-flops, overly casual clothing)

Some themed events may require special attire — please check event details before arriving.

Venue Control

All venues I work with (ICON, Fucking Monday, Houdinni, Bold, etc.) manage:

• Security
  
• Bar service
  
• Safety regulations

I do not serve or sell alcohol.

Ticket sales may be handled through:

• Third-party ticketing platforms
  
• Direct link provided by me
  
• Partner promoters or event organizers

Types of access may include:

• Free or discounted guest list
  
• General admission
  
• VIP tables / bottle service
  
• Special event tickets
  

Prices always include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

All tickets and bookings are subject to availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if:

• The event is canceled, or
  
• The event is rescheduled and you cannot attend

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the announcement.

No Refunds For:

• No-shows
  
• Late arrivals
  
• Denied entry due to dress code, behavior, or intoxication
  
• Being removed from the venue for misconduct
  
• Changes made by the venue for operational or safety reasons
  

Event Modifications

Venues or organizers may adjust:

• Location
  
• Time
  
• Lineup
  
• Table availability
  

In such cases, your booking remains valid for the updated event.

Guest Behavior

By attending any event through MADRIDPROMOTER, you agree to:

• Respect staff, venue rules, and other guests
  
• Avoid harassment, violence, or discriminatory behavior
  

The venue may expel anyone violating these conditions.

Liability Disclaimer

I am not responsible for:

• Personal injury
  
• Lost or stolen belongings
  
• Incidents occurring inside the club or venue
