By joining a guest list, purchasing a ticket, reserving a VIP table, or attending any event booked through me, you agree to the following Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk.

By attending an event arranged or promoted through MADRIDPROMOTER, you acknowledge that:

• Your participation is voluntary
  
• You understand the nature of nightlife events, including loud music, lighting effects, crowds, and alcohol service provided by partner venues
  
• You are at least 18 years old
  
• You are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate in nightlife activities
  

Nightlife events naturally involve certain risks, such as:

• Loud music, strobe lighting, or visual effects
  
• Minor injuries from dancing or crowded environments
  
• Slips, trips, or falls
  
• Risks related to alcohol consumption (intoxication, dehydration, etc.)

By entering any event booked through me, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your attendance.

To the fullest extent permitted by Spanish law, you release and discharge MADRIDPROMOTER (Gammi) and all collaborating venues, partners, DJs, and event organizers from responsibility for:

• Personal injury, illness, or medical conditions
  
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
  
• Accidents or incidents occurring during or after the event
  

This release includes any negligence except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct, which cannot be waived under Spanish law.

• Alcohol is served only by licensed venues
  
• I do not sell or distribute alcohol
  
• You are fully responsible for your own consumption and behavior
  
• Venues and security may refuse service or remove any guest engaging in unsafe or inappropriate conduct
  

I always encourage respectful behavior and responsible drinking.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Please keep your belongings secure and avoid bringing valuables.

By attending an event, you agree to follow:

• Venue security procedures
  
• Staff instructions
  
• Evacuation and emergency protocols
  
• Any health or hygiene measures required by local authorities

Non-compliance may result in removal without refund.

By attending events arranged through MADRIDPROMOTER, you consent to:

• Non-intrusive photography
  
• Video recording
  
• Use of your image for promotional, social media, or marketing purposes
  

If you prefer not to appear in content, notify staff at the entrance or contact me afterward.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MADRIDPROMOTER, partner venues, staff, and collaborators against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:

• Your actions
  
• Violations of this waiver
  
• Misconduct or unsafe behavior

This Waiver of Liability is governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid.

By booking, entering an event, or using any MADRIDPROMOTER service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Waiver of Liability.
